*No Refund or Return for Change of Mind*

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully and feel free to contact us if you need assistance before making your purchase.

*Damaged Products*

If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. An exchange or return will only be issued if the product is faulty or the wrong product has been sent from our end by default. If the product is damaged while in transit, then kindly email us at info.brushellaa@gmail.com
 
  • Subject of the email should be – Order number – Damaged/Faulty product.
  • Make sure to mail us an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • After the analysis, a return delivery will be initiated from our end.
  • Kindly send the product in the same box.


*Exchange for Damaged Products*

If your product is damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a new one of the same model. If the same model is not available, we will offer a similar product of equal value.
