Refund Policy

Brushellaa does not have a refund or return policy for a change of mind.

An exchange or return will only be issued if the product is faulty or the wrong product has been sent from our end by default. If the product is damaged while in transit, then kindly email us at info.brushellaa@gmail.com

• Subject of the email should be – Order number – Damaged/Faulty product

• Make sure to mail us an unboxing video within 24 hours after receiving the product.
• After the analysis, a return delivery will be initiated from our end.
• Kindly send the product in the exact same box.
• An exchange of the product will be made within 8-10 working days.

We provide a warranty of 7 days after receiving the product for any matters that include breakage/damage/diamond falling out, or discoloration. Please report to us on our mentioned email within the specified time frame with proper proofs so that the process can proceed smoothly.

Note:- Please make sure that you make a detailed unboxing video that contains the label/bill. If you do not make one or report it to us within 24 hours, we will take no action
